720S battery died and now nothing works properly

I've got a 2020 720S that I've owned for about two years now, and it's been an absolute dream car in every way, but I made a stupid mistake last week and left the battery on trickle charge while I was away for a few days, and when I came back the car was completely dead. I jumped it and got it started, but since then I've had all sorts of electrical gremlins popping up, the infotainment screen keeps rebooting, the active aero doesn't seem to be working properly, and I've got warning lights on the dash that I've never seen before. I'm pretty sure the low voltage has caused some of the modules to lose their coding or thrown everything out of sync, because these cars are so sensitive to voltage fluctuations. I've heard that McLarens need to be properly reset and reprogrammed with the right diagnostic equipment after a battery drain, and you can't just clear the codes and hope for the best. I really need to find somewhere that has the proper PIWIS system and actually knows how to properly reinitialize all the systems, because I'm worried that taking it to a place that doesn't have the right tools will just make things worse. I'm in Abu Dhabi and I've been searching for a genuine McLaren specialist in Abu Dhabi that has the experience and equipment to properly sort out these electrical issues. Has anyone else had similar problems after a battery drain on their McLaren, and if so, how did you get it resolved? I'm really hoping it's just a case of clearing the faults and resetting the systems rather than something more serious, but I need to find someone who actually knows what they're doing. Any recommendations would be hugely appreciated.
